Sweet N Sour Pasta Salad

Saundra's Sweet n Sour Pasta Salad
******************
2 lbs any shape pasta, even long pasta
Cooked and shocked under cold water to stop the cooking.
*****
In a bowl mix together
1 cup orange juice
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp teriyaki marinade
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 Tbs Sugar
*************************
To the pasta add,
sliced red onion
sliced red bell pepper
sliced cucumber
defrosted corn
snow peas
fresh spinach
cook chicken if desired.
Poor 1/2 the dressing over the pasta and veggie mixture.
Add more dressing just before serving, as pasta tends to soak up the dressing upon first drizzle.
I love to sprinkle toasted sesame seeds all over for an asian look.
Eat up!
Mangia!
Ciao!
P.S. THIS DRESSING IS AWESOME OVER CHICKEN, MARINATING CHICKEN, AS A REGULAR SALAD DRESSING, ANY WAY YOU LIKE!!!

mmm...sounds yummy. I think I might make this, this weekend. Love the lunch skewer idea. My kiddos arent in school yet, but I think I'll try serving some fruits and veggies this way to them. See if it works. They are suckers for sticks! Thanks.
