Chicken Vegetable Alfredo Soup
1 cup of chopped carrots
1 cup of chopped celery
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
2 – 3 cups of chopped, cooked chicken (can use canned)
32 ounces of chicken stock
1 jar (16 ounces) of Alfredo Sauce
noodles (1/2 package or as little or much as you like!)
Chop vegetables and put in pot. Pour in Chicken stock. Bring to a boil, then simmer until vegetables are tender. Add noodles. After noodles are cooked, stir in 1/2 bottle of Alfredo Sauce. Simmer 5 minutes until heated. If desired, sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.

This is good with all kinds of veggies. I use yellow squash too.
