Summertime easy and yummy meats are steak and beer chicken.
We use tri-tip from costco and Lawry's beef merinade.
It is the best.
That merinade even makes cheap meat yummy!
We also like to take whole chickens (usually the seasoned ones)a can of any kind of beer, sit the chicken all the way on the can and bbq until meat is done.
Usually about 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
