Our Pizza Parade Night!

Getting ready to put the toppings on...

This is the cream cheese/powdered sugar one, with Apple pie filling on it.

Ready to bake, and afterward, drizzled with powdered sugar icing.

My favorite "sauce" Olive oil and Garlic.

Johnny is very proud of the Pizza Parade!

With toppings on, waiting for their date with a 500 degree oven and a super hot stone.

The green and red one was done just like that. With Sundried Tomato Paste I made by rehydrating sundried tomatoes in water, and whizzing them in my mini food processor with a drizzle of olive oil.

No! You don't have to separate each meal!

I know what you must be thinking.
"Oh my Gosh! She must put each meal into a separate place in her fridge and do each thing separately" OH GOSH NO!

If 3 of your meals have cheese, SHRED LOADS OF IT and keep it in one bag and just take it as you need it. Your food processor is a Godsend on this task!

Need 6 onions this week? Chop 'em all at once and store them in a huge bag or container for the week and just get what you need! You only cry once!!!

2 Ground beef meals planned? No problem, cook it all up plain and just add the special things when you heat it back up!

Buy chicken breast on sale, cook it up plain, shred, cube or keep it the same, and FREEZE what you might need later in the month!

Don't worry... it will become a great habit, and the week you don't prep, you will really see the difference!!!

Make a list and Check it Twice, girl!

I can't say enough about lists. I love 'em.

I put a blank piece of paper on the inside of one of my kitchen cupboards and write "MOM.. WE NEED..." at the top.

The kids or Bill fill in what we run out of when we run out.
That starts my shopping list.

It works, after a few "forgotten" items not written on the list when it came up empty. Everyone is pretty diligent now.

Keep lists all over your house. Post it notes are great. Keep them "inside" cupboards so the house won't look all messy.
